Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect your name, phone number and whatever you type in the quote form, because that is what we need to call you back with a price. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and counts visits with a privacy-focused tool that cannot identify you or follow you to other websites.

What we collect

Information you give us

The quote form on this site asks for:

• Your name (required)
• Your phone number (required), so we can call or text you back
• Your email address (optional)
• Your message, including anything you choose to tell us about your property

If you call or text (469) 617-1254 instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call. If you become a customer, we also keep your service address, the work we did and what you paid.

Information collected automatically

The form submission records how long the page was open before you submitted it. That single number is a spam check, and nothing else. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving and protecting the site.

Visit counting

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people find the site and which pages they land on. We use that to work out whether the pages we write are reaching anyone, and nothing else.

It is not ordinary analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, it does not fingerprint your browser, and it cannot follow you to other websites or tie a visit to a person. What we see is counts: page views, which pages, roughly where in the world, what kind of browser and device, and how fast the pages loaded. We cannot pick you out of it, and neither can Cloudflare.

This site sets no cookies at all, and loads no advertising trackers. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

How we use it

• To answer your question and give you a quote
• To schedule, perform and follow up on service
• To send you appointment reminders, invoices and receipts
• To ask you for a review after we have done work for you
• To keep the records a licensed pest control business is required to keep

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else touches your information

Submissions from the form on this site are delivered through a form and lead service operated by Frisco Web Designs, which builds and hosts this website. They process the submission so it reaches us as a text and email alert, and they store it so we can find it later. They act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes.

Cloudflare receives the anonymous visit counts described above. There is no personal information in them.

Beyond that, we share information only with the phone, email and payment providers we need to run the business, or when the law requires it.

Calls and texts

When you give us your phone number, you are asking us to get back to you, so we may call or text you about your quote and your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on the phone. Stopping texts does not cancel service.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that never turn into work are kept while they are still useful to follow up on. Customer service records are kept as long as we need them for the account, for warranty and guarantee claims, and for tax and pesticide application records, and for as long as Texas requires licensed applicators to keep application records.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, so we do not ask for anything through this website that we do not need. Never send payment card numbers or a Social Security number through the quote form.

Children

This site is for adults arranging service on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us something, call us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Call or text us at (469) 617-1254 and we will tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know what personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to get a copy of it, and to appeal if we tell you no. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of there.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we update this page and change the date at the top.
